Men’s Soccer Association [B.M.S.A.]. Hereafter called the ASSOCIATION.
I
understand and fully agree as part of my application for membership in the
Association to the following conditions: [Subject to acceptance by the
Associations Directors]
a)
To uphold and abide by the Constitution and Rules and Regulations of
the Association.
b)
To swear that I am NOT currently registered and/or playing with any
other B.C. Soccer Association affiliated team or league during the B.M.S.A.
season.
c)
To pay when due, any membership fee’s when established by the Directors
of the Association.
d)
My application for membership in the Association is subject to approval
by the Directors of the Association and is valid until such time as it is
revoked by the Association.
e)
I waive any liability against the Association or its Directors and any
appointed representatives, agents or any game officials be they referees,
assistant referees, fourth official [or serving in any other official capacity]
while attending any of the Associations events, sporting events, or any other
sanctioned activities by the Association.
f)
The Directors reserve the right to revoke the membership of any member who
has been deemed to have failed to abide and uphold the Associations
Constitution or its Rules and Regulations or be negligent in their financial
obligations to the Association.
g)
I must be a member [in good standing] of the Association to be eligible
to play in any of the Associations sanctioned sporting events.
